Rifai, adalet talebinin meşru olduğunu ancak suçluların yargılanmasının devlet ve hukuk kurumları aracılığıyla gerçekleştirilmesi gerektiğini vurguladı.\n\nŞam(SANA) - Suriye Arap Cumhuriyeti Başmüftüsü Şeyh Usame El-Rifai, halkı sükûneti korumaya ve bireysel intikam girişimlerinden kaçınmaya çağırarak, adaletin ancak devlet kurumları ve hukuk mekanizmaları aracılığıyla tesis edilebileceğini vurguladı.\n\nSuriye Cumhuriyeti Başmüftüsü Şeyh Usame El-Rifai, Suriye halkına yaptığı çağrıda, toplumsal huzurun korunması ve fitneye yol açabilecek her türlü kontrolsüz davranıştan uzak durulması gerektiğini belirtti. Rifai, suçluların yargılanması ve hesap vermesinin devletin ve ilgili kurumların sorumluluğunda olduğunu ifade etti.\n\nYüksek Fetva Konseyi'nin resmi Telegram kanalında yayımlanan konuşmasında Rifai, adalet talebinin ve ihlallerden sorumlu kişilerin yargılanmasının \"meşru bir hak\" olduğunu vurguladı. Ancak bu hakkın bireysel ya da örgütsüz toplu girişimlerle değil, devlet ve hukuk çerçevesinde kullanılması gerektiğinin altını çizdi.\n\n\"Adalet talebi meşrudur\"\n\nEl-Rifai, Suriye halkının son altmış yılda devrik rejim ve ona bağlı unsurların uygulamaları nedeniyle büyük acılar yaşadığını belirterek, mevcut süreçte sağduyu ve hikmetle hareket edilmesinin önemine dikkat çekti. "body": "عاودت الليرة السورية لتسجل تحسناً نسبياً مع نهاية الأسبوع الجاري بحدود 2 بالمئة بعد أن ارتفع سعر صرف الليرة أمام الدولار في السوق المحلية إلى حدود 14150 ليرة للدولار الواحد وهو مؤشر إيجابي بعد أن كان اتجاه سعر الصرف يسجل تراجعاً متواصلاً خلال الأيام الماضية الأمر الذي أعاد طرح التساؤلات حول طبيعة هذا التحسن وما إذا كان يعكس تغيراً حقيقياً في اتجاه السوق أم إنه مجرد حركة تصحيح مؤقتة ضمن مسار ما يزال محكوماً بعوامل عدم اليقين.\n\nورغم أنه يتم الربط مباشرة بأن التحسن الأخير جاء نتيجة تداخل عوامل داخلية وخارجية أسهمت في تخفيف الضغوط على سوق القطع الأجنبي خلال الأيام الماضية، فخارجياً أسهمت الأجواء الإيجابية المرتبطة بالمحادثات والتفاهمات بين الولايات المتحدة وإيران في تهدئة المخاوف داخل الأسواق الإقليمية وخفض مستويات التوتر الجيوسياسي الأمر الذي انعكس على حركة الدولار في عدد من الأسواق الناشئة ومنها السوق السورية التي تتأثر بشكل غير مباشر بالتطورات الإقليمية.\n\nإلا أن المحلل الاقتصادي عبدالحميد قتلان يخفف من تأثير العوامل الخارجية خاصة أن عودة استخدام الأراضي السورية خلال الفترة الماضية شكل إيراد مهماً للقطع الأجنبي وأنه على المستوى المحلي فإن تراجع الطلب على الدولار بعد موجة الارتفاعات الأخيرة لعب دوراً مهماً في دعم الليرة، كما أسهمت عمليات بيع القطع الأجنبي من بعض التجار والمواطنين للاستفادة من المستويات السعرية المرتفعة التي بلغها الدولار خلال الأيام الماضية في زيادة المعروض داخل السوق إضافة إلى حالة الترقب التي تسود الأوساط التجارية وانتظار اتضاح اتجاهات السوق خلال الفترة المقبلة.\n\nبينما كان الأكاديمي الدكتور علي كنعان أكد في حديث مع \"الوطن\" أن التحسن الحالي لا يكفي وحده للحديث عن استقرار مستدام في سعر الصرف إذ ما تزال العوامل الأساسية المؤثرة في قيمة العملة الوطنية مرتبطة بحجم الإنتاج المحلي ومستوى الصادرات وتدفقات القطع الأجنبي والاستثمارات الجديدة إضافة إلى قدرة الاقتصاد على توليد موارد حقيقية تدعم الليرة على المدى الطويل.\n\nوفي المحصلة تبقى الأنظار متجهة نحو قدرة هذا التحسن على الصمود خلال الأيام المقبلة فالمؤشرات اللحظية مهما كانت إيجابية لا تتحول إلى اتجاه مستدام ما لم تستند إلى تحسن حقيقي في المؤشرات الاقتصادية والإنتاجية التي تشكل القاعدة الأساسية لاستقرار سعر الصرف واستعادة الثقة بالليرة السورية.",

"body": "أعلن رئيس الهيئة العامة للطيران المدني والنقل الجوي في سوريا عمر الحصري، عن تقدم في المباحثات الجارية مع الجهات المختصة في ألمانيا بشأن رفع الحظر المفروض على الرحلات الجوية بين البلدين.\n\nوأوضح الحصري عبر حسابه على منصة \"إكس\" اليوم الجمعة، أن الاتصالات الفنية والرسمية بين الهيئة العامة للطيران المدني والنقل الجوي ونظيراتها الألمانية أحرزت تقدماً ملحوظاً، ما يمهد لاحتمال استئناف الرحلات الجوية المباشرة بعد سنوات من التوقف.\n\nوأشار إلى أنه من المتوقع صدور قرار نهائي من الجانب الألماني خلال النصف الأول من الشهر المقبل، بما يفتح الباب أمام عودة الرحلات المباشرة بين سوريا وألمانيا، في حال استكمال المتطلبات التنظيمية والفنية المعتمدة.\n\nولفت إلى أن الهيئة تستعد لإجراء زيارة رسمية إلى ألمانيا خلال الفترة المقبلة، بهدف استكمال المباحثات الفنية والقانونية، والتوقيع على اتفاقية نقل جوي ثنائية بين البلدين، تُنظم حركة الطيران وتضع إطاراً دائماً للتعاون في هذا المجال.\n\nوفي السياق ذاته ذكر الحصري أن الهيئة تواصل اتصالاتها مع عدد من الدول الأوروبية الأخرى لإعادة تشغيل الرحلات الجوية المباشرة، مشيراً إلى أن بعض هذه المباحثات وصلت إلى مراحل متقدمة، مع توقع الإعلان عن نتائج إيجابية قريباً.\n\nوأكد التزام سوريا بتطبيق المعايير الدولية في قطاع الطيران المدني، بما يعزز انفتاحها الخارجي ويدعم حركة السفر والتبادل التجاري والاقتصادي.\n\nوفي الثلاثين من آذار الماضي وقعت الهيئة العامة للطيران المدني والنقل الجوي السوري اتفاقية للتعاون في مجال النقل الجوي مع جمهورية ألمانيا الاتحادية، وذلك خلال زيارة الرئيس أحمد الشرع الرسمية إلى ألمانيا.",

Ce phénomène est attribué à l'arrivée d'air chaud en provenance d'Afrique du Nord, piégé sous un puissant anticyclone. Ils s'accordent à dire que le réchauffement climatique d'origine humaine accentue la sévérité des phénomènes météorologiques extrêmes, tels que les vagues de chaleur, la sécheresse et les inondations.",

"body": "القدس المحتلة-سانا\n\nحذّر اتحاد بلديات قطاع غزة من أن منظومة الخدمات الأساسية باتت مهددة بالانهيار الكامل، في ظل استمرار منع الاحتلال الإسرائيلي إدخال المواد والمستلزمات الضرورية.\n\nونقلت وسائل إعلام فلسطينية عن المتحدث باسم بلدية غزة حسني مهنا قوله: إن الأزمة الراهنة لم تعد تقتصر على نقص الوقود، بل وصلت إلى مرحلة حرجة نتيجة النفاد الوشيك للزيوت الصناعية اللازمة لتشغيل الآليات والمعدات الخدمية.\n\nوأضاف: إن توقف هذه المواد \"سيؤدي بشكل مباشر إلى تراجع حاد في الخدمات الحيوية وتهديد الصحة العامة\"، محذراً من تداعيات إنسانية واسعة.\n\nوأوضح مهنا أن من بين القطاعات المهددة بالتوقف آبار مياه الشرب ومحطات ضخ الصرف الصحي، ما قد يحرم السكان من المياه النظيفة ويؤدي إلى مخاطر بيئية وصحية كبيرة.\n\nكما أشار إلى أن آليات جمع ونقل النفايات مهددة بالتوقف، ما ينذر بتراكم كميات كبيرة من النفايات وانتشار الأمراض والأوبئة.\n\nولفت إلى تكدس نحو 700 ألف متر مكعب من النفايات الصلبة في مدينة غزة، في ظل تضرر كبير في المعدات والآليات نتيجة الظروف الراهنة.\n\nودعا اتحاد البلديات إلى تدخل دولي عاجل لإدخال المواد الأساسية والزيوت الصناعية اللازمة لاستمرار عمل البلديات وتجنب كارثة إنسانية وشيكة.\n\nوتسببت حرب الإبادة الإسرائيلية المستمرة على القطاع منذ الـ 7 من تشرين الأول 2023 بدمار واسع في البنية التحتية، حيث دمرت شبكات المياه والصرف الصحي ومحطات الضخ جزئياً أو كلياً، إضافة إلى تعطّل مئات الآليات الخدمية نتيجة الاستهداف المباشر أو نفاد الوقود والزيوت.",
