"title": "AIFF-Mohun Bagan Unity Cup drama escalates as late squad changes force visa rush",
"body": "AIFF has been forced by Mohun Bagan to make late changes in Unity Cup squad and scramble for visas. Image: AIFF/PTI\n\nThe Indian national football team's preparations for the Unity Cup in London have gone into further chaos after a dramatic late shake-up in the squad and an urgent attempt by the All India Football Federation (AIFF) to fast-track visas for replacement players.\n\nMohun Bagan Super Giants pulled out all seven of their originally selected players, forcing the AIFF to bring in five new names at the last moment. An 18-member squad had already departed for London early Sunday morning without MBSG players. AIFF officials then scrambled to add five players who can join them in time.\n\nThe five players drafted in are Mohammed Sanan Kundoyi (Jamshedpur FC), Ricky Meetei Haobam and Fanai Lalremtluanga (Bengaluru FC), Vikram Partap Singh (Mumbai City FC), and Macarton Louis Nickson (NorthEast United FC).\n\nHowever, their participation in the opening match against Jamaica on May 27 remains uncertain, with visa delays emerging as a major hurdle. If approvals do not come through by Monday, the new recruits could miss India's tournament opener. Their second game will take place on May 30, either as a final or third-place playoff.\n\n\"We are trying to fast track the visa for some new players, others have left,\" an AIFF official told PTI.\n\nWhy did Mohun Bagan pull out their players?\n\nOn Saturday, Mohun Bagan pulled out seven players from the India squad for the four-nation tournament, citing earlier instances of the AIFF \"refusing\" to compensate for injuries suffered during matches played outside the FIFA International window, which falls from June 1 to 9.\n\nThe seven Mohun Bagan players named in the India squad are forwards Liston Colaco and Manvir Singh; midfielders Lalengmawia Ralte (Apuia), Sahal Abdul Samad and Anirudh Thapa; defender Abhishek Singh; and goalkeeper Vishal Kaith.\n\nA Mohun Bagan official had made the club's position clear, saying the players would only be officially released once the FIFA international window begins on June 1.\n\n\"The FIFA window starts from June 1. From that date, if a player gets injured, FIFA provides compensation. But if a player suffers an injury before that, there is no protection.\n\n\"We are not stopping the players. Whether they travel or not is their decision. But if they get injured before June 1, Mohun Bagan will not pay anything,\" he said.\n\n\"Earlier, in the cases of Subhasish Bose and Ashique Kuruniyan, the federation did not compensate us in any manner.\" The AIFF, however, rejected the claim and maintained that Bose had actually suffered the injury during the ISL final for Mohun Bagan, accusing the club of failing to properly report the issue or begin rehabilitation while the player was resting.\n\nRefuting Mohun Bagan's charge, AIFF Deputy Secretary General M Satyanarayan said, \"In the 2025-26 season alone, we have spent almost Rs 15 lakhs on the treatment of injuries sustained by players of all senior and age group national teams, and their rehab thereafter.\" \"The welfare of our national team players is of paramount importance to the AIFF, and if any player gets injured when they are with us, the AIFF never shies away from bearing their medical and rehab bills,\" he said in a statement.\n\nSatyanarayan further said that Mohun Bagan had cooperated throughout the biometric VISA process, only to make a U-turn at the last moment.\n\n\"The dates of the event were mentioned in all subsequent letters, along with the dates for biometric tests for players, which were fixed as per the club's convenience,\" he said.\n\n\"The Mohun Bagan SG players attended the biometric test. Obviously, this was done with the club's knowledge as we had written to them.\" He said two more emails regarding details of the event were shared with respective clubs, including Mohun Bagan SG. All such emails remained unacknowledged by the club, he said.\n\nFinally, on the night of May 20, AIFF received an email from the MBSG stating that their players will be released \"during the FIFA window, and that AIFF may coordinate with the players likewise,\" he said.\n\nWhile seven MBSG players were called up, six joined the camp in Bengaluru on May 22. One player was injured.\n\nAIFF's Director of National Teams, Subrata Paul stated, \"It is deeply unfortunate that players who had already completed their biometric VISA procedures over a month ago were unable to travel at such a late stage.\n\n\"We fully understand that clubs operate under their own set of pressures and commitments, and we remain respectful of that.\n\n\"However, given that all concerned parties had been informed of this tournament as early as April 10, an earlier communication of any reservations would have allowed us the time to make the necessary arrangements and ensure no player missed out on an important opportunity.\n\n\"What saddens us most is the wider impact, not only on the players directly involved, but also on those who might otherwise have been called up in their place,\" said Paul.",

"title": "No Bakrid sacrifice at public places, no road blockade for namaz: Yogi Adityanath",
"body": "Yogi Adityanath on Sunday directed officials across Uttar Pradesh to ensure strict compliance with law and order measures ahead of Bakrid, making it clear that animal sacrifice at public places will not be permitted and there will be zero tolerance towards the sacrifice of prohibited animals.\n\nChairing a high-level law-and-order and administrative review meeting via video conference, the Chief Minister instructed district administrations to allow sacrifices only at pre-designated locations and said that no new traditions should be encouraged during the festival.\n\nHe also issued clear instructions that namaz should be offered only at traditional sites and no permission should be granted for blocking roads for prayers under any circumstances.\n\nThe Chief Minister further directed officials to ensure proper disposal of waste generated after sacrifices, maintain a ban on open sale of meat and take strict action against illegal slaughterhouses. He added that even legal slaughterhouses must not keep animals beyond their prescribed capacity.\n\nHe asked authorities to strengthen security arrangements, sanitation and electricity supply during the festival period. Flag marches in sensitive areas and continuous foot patrols around religious places were also ordered.\n\nInteracting with officials from sensitive districts including Aligarh, Bijnor, Saharanpur, Rampur and Sambhal, the Chief Minister directed them to study incidents from previous years, identify potential troublemakers and take preventive action wherever required.\n\nThe Chief Minister announced that weekly chaupals would now be organised at every development block level to address public grievances on the spot.\n\nIssues related to revenue disputes, domestic violence, illegal extortion and complaints that remain unregistered at the police station level will be taken up during these chaupals. Eligible people deprived of government welfare schemes will also be linked with such schemes.\n\nHe said the government's priority is to ensure timely, transparent and satisfactory resolution of complaints. District-level officials have been directed to remain present at the chaupals and ensure quality disposal of every application.\n\nThe Chief Minister warned officials against negligence in handling complaints received through IGRS and the CM Helpline.\n\nHe said mere formal disposal of complaints would not be acceptable and stressed that complainants must receive actual relief.\n\nReviewing preparations for Ganga Dussehra, the Chief Minister directed officials to ensure cleanliness at ghats, proper barricading, ambulance deployment, shaded areas and parking management in districts including Prayagraj, Varanasi, Ayodhya, Chitrakoot, Hapur, Muzaffarnagar and Amroha.\n\n\"In view of the intense heat, safety and convenience of devotees should remain the top priority,\" he said.\n\nThe Chief Minister ordered a special campaign against illegal mining and directed formation of task forces to take strict action.\n\nHe also instructed officials to intensify action against land mafia while ensuring that genuine citizens are not harassed during investigations.\n\nA campaign against vehicles without number plates was also ordered as part of road safety measures.\n\nThe Chief Minister directed immediate appointments of Chief Medical Officers in districts where posts remain vacant.\n\nDuring the meeting, the Chief Secretary informed that 1.2 million manuscripts have been identified under the 'Gyan Bharatam Mission' in the state so far.\n\nSenior administrative and police officials from across the state attended the meeting through video conferencing.",

"title": "French Open: Novak Djokovic survives early scare, dances his way into second round",
"body": "Nole fans, rejoice! The two-time champion saw off a stiff threat from 22-year-old local hope Giovanni Mpetshi Perricard in the opening round of the men's singles competition at the 2026 French Open on Sunday, 24 May. The 39-year-old looked happy and comfortable at the end of a gruelling two-hour-and-51-minute encounter on Court Philippe Chatrier in Paris.\n\nThe win came hours after seventh seed Taylor Fritz was dumped out by compatriot Nishesh Basavareddy in the opening round at Roland Garros.\n\nThere were lingering concerns about a nagging shoulder injury that had derailed his preparation for the clay-court Grand Slam; however, Djokovic brushed aside those fears. He celebrated with a light-hearted, peppy on-court dance after weathering Mpetshi Perricard's storm in four sets, recovering from a set down to claim the opening round 5-7, 7-5, 6-1, 6-4.\n\nThe Parisian crowd erupted into cheers as the post-match celebration turned into a heartwarming family affair, with Djokovic's children joining him on the historic Chatrier clay.\n\nDjokovic had played only one match on clay prior to his arrival in Paris, which was a surprise second-round defeat to Dino Prizmic at the Rome Masters in the first week of May. Despite this lack of match practice, he turned up determined to capture a record-breaking 25th major title. The tournament withdrawal of Carlos Alcaraz must have further fuelled his ambitions, but many pundits were still keen to observe how his body would hold up, particularly after the shoulder issues that flared up following his run to the Australian Open final in January.\n\nMuch to the delight of his global fanbase, Djokovic looked entirely comfortable in terms of his physical fitness, showing no visible signs of shoulder distress. However, there was an undeniable layer of competitive rust that he needed to shake off before he could truly settle into the match.\n\nThe 22-year-old Giovanni, rallied by a partisan home crowd, was not prepared to make life easy for the champion. In the opening set, the towering big-server was in sensational form, winning 91 per cent of his first-serve points compared to Djokovic's 80 per cent.\n\nThe blistering pace of the Frenchman's serve made all the difference early on. The young hopeful was firing down bullets at an average speed of 215 km/h, which was 28 km/h faster than Djokovic's own average.\n\nConsequently, Djokovic was unable to carve out a single break point in the opening set, while Mpetshi Perricard capitalised on a solitary, crucial opportunity to snatch the opener 7-5.\n\nThere was no immediate let-down from the youngster either, as he continued to serve and return with immense authority, piling the pressure back onto Djokovic. The Serb battled fiercely to unearth break points, but whenever danger loomed, Mpetshi Perricard responded with ferocious first serves to wriggle out of trouble.\n\nThe Frenchman mixed up his targets beautifully, slicing the ball wide on some points and thumping it down the 'T' on others to keep Djokovic guessing.\n\nEventually, the veteran superstar found his rhythm. He converted a critical break point towards the twilight of the second set, successfully avoiding the lottery of a tie-break to level the match.\n\nHaving conceded such a hard-fought set, Mpetshi Perricard appeared somewhat despondent in the third. Djokovic immediately raised his game, sensing the sudden drop in his opponent's flair and intensity. The Frenchman lost nearly 20 km/h off his first serve, allowing Djokovic to manufacture break points at will and cruise through the third set 6-1.\n\nDjokovic began the fourth set with an immediate break, and it appeared that the match would become one-way traffic from that moment onwards. However, Mpetshi Perricard showed immense grit to break back immediately, holding his subsequent serve to thrust the pressure right back onto the champion. The youngster did everything in his power to stay within touching distance, but Djokovic, having fully found his range, navigated the tricky moments with trademark composure to seal a 6-4 victory and wrap up the match.\n\nSpeaking on court after the battle, Djokovic offered glowing praise for the World No. 83, paying special tribute to his thunderous serves and the remarkable control with which he executed them.\n\n\"I played against Giovanni for the very first time this evening. I am sure it would feel different if I were to play him five or ten times, but his serve is truly great. It is difficult to read a serve like that, and it is perhaps only the first or second time in my career that I have encountered such a delivery. He made life incredibly difficult for me,\" Djokovic said, addressing the Parisian crowd in French.\n\nWhen questioned about the little dance he used to celebrate the victory in front of his watching family, Djokovic reflected on his career mindset.\n\n\"Honestly, throughout my career, I have always focused heavily on dedication. I have brought total commitment to my tennis, but I also want to experience joy. I want the joy of playing with patience and experiencing these great matches.\n\n\"I am always searching for that beautiful sensation, that vibrant feeling on court. It is a wonderful opportunity to play here at Roland Garros, and I am deeply grateful for it.\n\n\"But when you are in the heat of a tournament on a big court, it is difficult to process everything. Sometimes I smile simply to avoid heavy emotions and deflect the pressure. Playing against a French player in Paris is always a tough challenge, so instead, I try to dance.\"\n\nDjokovic will now face World No. 74 Valentin Royer, another Frenchman, in the second round. Having earned a welcome two-day break, the Serb will return to the practice courts to prepare for his first-ever meeting with Royer, who advanced after defeating Bolivian qualifier Hugo Dellien in straight sets.",

"title": "Vasai-Virar turns to nature to restore lakes",
"body": "MUMBAI: Lakes in the Vasai-Virar region are undergoing a gradual revival. Years of neglect have sounded the death knell of these water bodies, but a pilot project using Japanese technology is showing how nature-based solutions can revive them.\n\nVasai-Virar City Municipal Corporation (VVCMC) commissioner Prithviraj PB recently announced a pilot programme that will focus on restoring four lakes in the region, after an initial project began to show results. Up next are Nirmal Talao (Virar west), Sambhale Lake (Virar west), Dhanivbaug Lake (Virar east) and Chandansar Lake (Virar east).\n\nVasai-Virar has 184 lakes. Most of them are polluted, with industrial effluents and sewage flowing into them. Many are filled with trash. To rescue these water bodies, the VVCMC built concrete embankments around them over the years, triggering a cascade of harmful ecological changes. Underground springs dried up, impacting fish and other fauna, and water circulation ceased, literally raising a stink.\n\nIn 2022, VVCMC commissioned a survey of the region's lakes. The Society for Promotion of Area Resource Centre (SPARC), a non-profit which conducted the survey, found that 122 of Vasai-Virar's lakes were polluted. Satpala Lake in Virar west was selected for a pilot project. It would use nature-based solutions for wastewater treatment to restore the water body. Funding was secured under the United Nations Development Programme and the project was launched in March this year.\n\nThe project uses Japanese technology to naturally purify contaminated water before releasing it into the lake. It also involves the construction of a natural embankment made of stone and soil within the water body, thus creating a barrier to prevent the dumping of waste into the water. This method also maintains the lake's groundwater level and reactivates its natural springs, explains Aniruddha Paul, founder member of SPARC. \"Around 80% of the project is complete. Only the perimeter is yet to be built,\" he says.\n\nSatpala Lake, which covers 5.5 acres, is used by locals to fish and is an important source of livelihood for them. In fact, fishing rights are periodically auctioned. However, due to the discharge of sewage into the water body, the lake was dying before the pilot project was launched.\n\nThe Satpala Gram Panchayat (village council) and the villagers initiated efforts to undertake conservation measures to save the lake. Local politicians and leaders became part of the process and the civic administration chose SPARC to lead the project.\n\nHow does natural water purification work?\n\nVillagers established a Satpala Lake Natural Restoration Committee' which monitors the project. Prafulla Thakur, a local MNS leader and a member of the committee, said the project is pegged at ₹2.46 crore.\n\nA weir has been built along the banks of Satpala Lake using natural materials -- stones, soil and silt. Previously, sewage was discharged directly into the lake. Now, the sewage flows through the weir and is naturally purified before being released into the water body. This is also enhancing groundwater levels.\n\nThe civic administration hopes the Satpala initiative will become a model to restore other lakes in Vasai-Virar. Prithviraj PB, Commissioner of VVMC said, \"Lakes are an important part of the region and we have decided to purify them naturally. We selected a few lakes after the Satpala Lake project began showing promise,\" he said, adding that the four lakes shortlisted were the four worst polluted in the region.\n\nMost of all, residents of Satpala are relieved. Umesh Patil (50), a resident of the village, says, \"We stopped eating fish from the lake since five years ago as the water was polluted. We have begun to fish here again.\"\n\nNeha Patil (19), another resident, adds, \"Birds of different species are returning to the lake. Even cafes have begun coming up here.\"",

"title": "State draws up ₹365-crore medical tourism policy, hopes to earn $3.84 billion in four years",
"body": "MUMBAI: Seeking to position the state as a global medical tourism destination, the Maharashtra government has chalked out its ambitious Medical Tourism or Medical Value Travel Policy targeting foreign exchange earnings of $3.84 billion by 2030 while promising world-class healthcare, wellness tourism, and integrated medical services for international patients.\n\nThe medical tourism plan, which is part of the medical policy, aims to transform Maharashtra into a leading hub for affordable and high-quality medical care by leveraging its advanced healthcare infrastructure, internationally trained doctors, strong connectivity, and traditional wellness systems including, ayurveda, yoga and homeopathy.\n\n\"The wellness tourism sector is expanding rapidly, with the global market estimated at $639 billion while India witnessed a rise in international patients rapidly in the last few years, creating an estimated market of five to six billion USD,\" said a health department official. \"Under the central government's National Strategy and Roadmap for Medical and Wellness Tourism, 11 cities have been identified as medical tourism hubs, including Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur and Nashik in Maharashtra. Mumbai ranks second in the country with six Joint Commission International (JCI)-accredited hospitals. The policy aims at establishing the state as a destination offering a seamless blend of advanced medical treatment and holistic wellness.\"\n\nThe state has projected an investment of more than ₹365 crore over the next five years towards accreditation support, digital infrastructure, international branding, airport lounges, marketing campaigns and monitoring systems. \"We also believe the policy can generate substantial employment opportunities across healthcare, hospitality, transport, wellness and digital sectors and enhance the state's global standing for integrated healthcare and wellness tourism,\" said the official.\n\nThe government also plans to establish dedicated Medical Value Travel lounges and help desks at major international airports. These lounges will provide 24x7 multilingual support, medical immigration assistance, real-time coordination with hospitals, transport guidance, accommodation assistance and emergency help. These lounges will have trained international patient coordinators who will serve as a single point of contact for patients.\n\nAlso proposed is a centralised portal that will function as a single-window system for information on accredited hospitals, doctors, treatment packages, prices, accommodation, transport and tourism opportunities. \"Patients will be able to compare treatment costs across empanelled hospitals through a digital benchmarking tool, book appointments, access teleconsultation services, upload documents, view treatment plans, and make secure payments through the portal,\" said the official. \"The state plans to promote telemedicine services extensively to enable pre-travel medical evaluations and post-treatment consultations. Artificial intelligence-powered chatbots and multilingual assistance will improve accessibility and response time.\"\n\nThe policy divides medical value travel into the categories of medical treatment, preventive care, and alternative medicine. Medical treatment will include advanced and specialised tertiary healthcare procedures while preventive care will focus on cosmetic surgery, stress relief therapies and detoxification programmes. Alternative medicine will include traditional systems including ayurveda yoga, naturopathy, unani, siddha and homeopathy. To ensure international competitiveness, the policy has set an ambitious target of ensuring that at least 50% of tertiary and super-specialty hospitals obtain accreditation from the National Accreditation Board for Hospitals and Healthcare Providers (NABH) and Joint Commission International (JCI) by 2030.\n\n\"The medical tourism policy is part of the overall health policy of the state,\" said the official. \"It is based on the central government's tourism policy and medical value travel policies. The state's policy has been ready for the last few months, but has not been moved for cabinet approval despite the chief minister's directives given to the department recently.\"\n\nPublic health minister Prakash Abitkar said the policy had been drafted in line with the National Health Policy, incorporating inputs from experts and by studying the policies of other states. We have now sought suggestions from key stakeholders such as the tourism department and the Directorate of Medical Education and Research,\" he said. \"After incorporating their feedback, the policy will be placed before the cabinet for approval. We expect it to receive approval within the next month.\"",

"title": "\"Hope the kids go back with a lot of cherished memories\": Nita Ambani shares after Mumbai Indians' annual ESA game",
"body": "Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], May 24 (ANI): Mumbai Indians' annual ESA game at the Wankhede Stadium, on Sunday, turned into a sea of blue, as over 20,000 children filled the stands with unmatched energy, chants, and excitement for their heroes.\n\nChildren from across Maharashtra, including visually impaired and specially-abled children, came together for the annual Education and Sports for All (ESA) game -- hosted by Mumbai Indians in partnership with Reliance Foundation and envisioned by founder-chairperson Nita Ambani.\n\nhttps://www.instagram.com/reel/DYuP4sCMylx/\n\nSpeaking about the infectious energy of the kids, Nita Ambani shared, 'First, I must say, look at the joy. The excitement here is so wonderful to experience. It is a very cherished day for all of us at Mumbai Indians. We started ESA by Reliance Foundation 16 years ago and inclusion has always been a part of our ethos,' as per a press release.\n\nIt is worth mentioning that for the first time, 100 visually impaired children attended the ESA game along with hearing buddies.\n\nRecalling how the initiative came about, Nita Ambani added, 'I was visiting the National Association for the Blind. I have been working with those children for the last twenty years. This was just before the IPL season, and the children told me, 'Nita Ma'am, can we please come for the MI match? We have never been to a stadium before and want to feel the excitement of a live match.' So here they are today. Hundred of them. I hope they go back with cherished memories.'\n\nNita Ambani, who is also an IOC member, spoke about Reliance Foundation's larger sporting vision for India saying, 'We have reached over 29 million children across 28 states of India through our sport and education initiatives. We work with children from the age of five all the way to the global stage, we provide coaching, sports science, and practice facilities. We have high performance centres not just in cricket, but across athletics, football, and many other sports. Our goal for India is a shared dream that all of us have, is to one day bring the Olympic Games to our country. It is the dream of a billion Indians,' the press release added.\n\nThis year's ESA game saw children from more than 40 NGO partners across Mumbai, Maharashtra, and remote regions such as Satara, Nashik, Valsad, and Igatpuri attend the match. Over 200 specially-abled children along with 100 visual impaired kids also attended the match.\n\nOver 550 BEST buses helped transport children safely across the city and state, supported by a team of over 2,400 volunteers from NGOs, Reliance and Dhirubhai Ambani International School, over 100 medical personnel, 92,000 food boxes and extensive on-ground coordination teams.\n\nMumbai Police deployed 550 traffic officers and more than 450 police officers to ensure smooth operations throughout the day.\n\nOver the past 16 years, Reliance Foundation's sports and education initiatives have impacted the lives of more than 29 million children and young people across India, using sport and education as tools for inclusion, aspiration, and opportunity.\n\nThe scale of ESA continues to reflect the collective action and community participation that defines Mumbai Indians' #OneFamily philosophy - making every child feel seen, valued, and included. "title": "Blue Tigresses aim for winning start in SAFF Women's Championship against Maldives",
"body": "Margao (Goa) [India], May 24 (ANI): India will begin their SAFF Women's Championship 2026 Group B campaign against Maldives at the Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Margao, Goa, on Monday, with the hosts looking to reclaim the title they last won in 2019.\n\nThe match will be live-streamed on FanCode. Entry to the stadium is free for fans.\n\nAccording to a press release from AIFF Media, it will mark the first time the Blue Tigresses will play a match in Goa.\n\nRanked 69th in the FIFA Rankings, India are the highest-ranked side in the tournament and will start as firm favourites against Maldives, who are placed 167th.\n\nThe Blue Tigresses carry a dominant head-to-head record into the contest, having won seven of their eight meetings against Maldives while drawing the other. India have scored 68 goals in those encounters and conceded just once.\n\nCrispin Chettri's side will hope to make a strong statement after their third-place finish in the FIFA Series 2026 Kenya, as the focus now shifts towards regional supremacy once again.\n\nChettri believes the competition has become far more challenging over the years and stressed the importance of beginning preparations for future continental goals.\n\n'It is quite tricky for us because the SAFF Championship is getting competitive day by day. Being hosts of the tournament, fans will certainly expect a bit from us. We are a mixed bag with experienced as well as young players. Also, the Indian Women's League has just ended. So players have recovered and are fit,' said Chettri during the pre-tournament press conference on Sunday.\n\n'The overall target is to qualify for the next Asian Cup, so the preparations start from now,' the coach added.\n\nIndia possesses quality across all areas of the pitch. In defence, youngsters Astam Oraon and Nirmala Devi Phanjoubam, recently named IWL's Best Defender, are expected to play key roles in keeping the backline organised. In midfield, Aveka Singh, who scored her first India goal last month, and the experienced Sangita Basfore are among a few who will look to control the tempo of the match.\n\nGoing forward, India have an experienced attacking unit featuring the likes of Grace Dangmei, Pyari Xaxa, and Soumya Guguloth. Manisha Kalyan, who plays in Peru, is yet to join the squad since the FIFA International Match Window does not begin until June 1.\n\nGrace Dangmei, who accompanied Chettri to the press conference, said the team had learned valuable lessons from March's AFC Women's Asian Cup and would look to apply them in the SAFF Women's Championship.\n\n'It was a learning experience for us in Australia. We understood where we need to improve, and hopefully we can implement those learnings in this tournament. We will try to go all the way,' she said.\n\nMaldives coach Mohamed Sobah acknowledged the challenge awaiting his side against the hosts.\n\n'We have huge respect for India. We know that they are going to press. So we will try to play smartly and try to break their attack,' he said.\n\nBangladesh are the third and final team in Group B, while Group A contains Nepal, Sri Lanka and Bhutan. The top two teams from each group will make it to the semi-finals, which will be held on June 3. The final will take place on June 6. (ANI)",
