"body": "Специалист по международному праву адвокат Ара Казарян, представляющий интересы заявителей по делу, связанному с армянским военнослужащим, обезглавленным азербайджанскими военными во время Апрельской войны 2016 года, прокомментировал опубликованное накануне решение Европейского суда по правам человека (ЕСПЧ).\n\nПо его словам, это уже второе решение против Азербайджана, касающееся совершения военных преступлений азербайджанскими военнослужащими.\n\n\"Подобные дела обычно с трудом проходят стадию приема в Европейском суде, поскольку ЕСПЧ нередко рассматривает нарушения, совершенные в активной фазе вооруженного конфликта (войны), исключительно в плоскости международного гуманитарного права. Однако уже во второй раз Суд отказался идти по этому пути. Возможно, причиной стали доказательства, которые юристам удалось тщательно собрать, зафиксировать и представить суду в достаточном объеме и совокупности. А, возможно, причина - особая жестокость преступных деяний.\n\nПреступные деяния были совершены на северо-восточной окраине села Талыш (Талиш) в Арцахе, где азербайджанская диверсионная группа, обойдя позиции Талыша, утром устроила засаду на грузовик, доставлявший боеприпасы на позиции.\n\nНаиболее вероятно, что это была та же диверсионная группа, которая несколькими часами ранее совершила еще одно чудовищное преступление, убив трех пожилых людей. Фотографии их подвергшихся издевательствам тел журналисты-расследователи распространили по всему миру, и именно эти снимки изменили облик войны: люди в разных уголках мира поняли, что Азербайджан ведет преступную войну, которая не имела ничего общего с самообороной, как это представлялось Баку тогда, а также в 2020 и 2023 годах.\n\nАзербайджан вел преступную войну, и подобные решения подтверждают это. Любой судебный акт международного трибунала является историческим фактом, и такие факты уже невозможно опровергнуть с помощью нарративов, ложных историй или искусственно созданной повестки.\n\nАзербайджан может противопоставить таким международным судебным актам лишь решения собственных судов. Однако для этого они должны соответствовать стандартам справедливого судебного разбирательства. Пока добиться этого ему не удалось.\n\nВпереди еще 22 решения по делам, содержащим аналогичные факты жестокости. Что Азербайджан противопоставит им?\" - написал Ара Казарян.",

The tragedy occurred on Tuesday around 10:00 PM when a Cessna Citation Latitude aircraft, operated by NetJets, went down on a highway in Laredo, flipped onto its landing gear, and instantly caught fire, a family spokesperson told news channel KXAN.\n\nSix people were on board the aircraft: Joshua Baer, his son, two other teenagers, and two pilots. The private jet experienced mechanical failure during the flight, after which the crew completely lost contact with air traffic controllers.\n\nThe identities of the other teenagers on board have not yet been officially released. Out of respect for the families' privacy, the Baer family spokesperson declined to comment on the condition of the other surviving teens.\n\nAccording to data from the FlightRadar24 tracking service, the aircraft departed from San José del Cabo, Mexico, at approximately 6:18 PM local time and was bound for Austin, Texas. However, due to the emerging issues, the pilots made the decision to make an emergency diversion toward Laredo.\n\nPolice reports indicate that the crippled aircraft slammed directly into the busy highway, clipping a moving vehicle. The crash completely blocked traffic in both directions, scattering fuselage debris across several lanes.\n\nChilling dashcam footage captured by passing witnesses shows the plane skidding down the road, knocking over several streetlights before crashing into a concrete median barrier and literally breaking in half.\n\nBy that point, the jet was already engulfed in flames. Another video that surfaced online captured a heroic feat by bystanders: two brave eyewitnesses -- one armed with a sledgehammer and the other with a spade shovel -- rushed toward the burning wreckage. They managed to force open the door and smash the cockpit window to pull out the people trapped inside.\n\nAll five surviving passengers from the plane, the driver of the clipped car, and five rescue workers who suffered from smoke inhalation were rushed to a local hospital. Police have since confirmed that all survivors have been discharged from the medical facility and their lives are out of danger.",
